Job summary

BPM seeks an Advisory Manager within BPM's Forensics & Restructuring practice to lead client engagements in forensic accounting, investigations, and business transitions. You will direct engagements, analyze financial information, quantify impacts, and develop actionable recommendations for attorneys, owners, executives, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required; pursuit of CFE recommended.
• 5–8 years of relevant forensic accounting, restructuring, or advisory experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading client engagements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic accounting investigations, fraud risk assessments, and litigation support engagements.
• Manage restructuring assignments including insolvency analysis, turnaround strategies, and creditor negotiations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of associates and senior associates; provide performance feedback and career development guidance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review detailed reports, presentations, and expert witness documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BPM to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

In this role, you will lead client engagements involving forensic accounting, financial investigations, litigation support, business disputes, restructuring initiatives, and other complex advisory matters. You'll work directly with attorneys, business owners, executives, and stakeholders to analyze financial information, uncover key facts, quantify economic impacts, and develop actionable recommendations.
