Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting and/or industry.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial information packages, analysis, and M&A for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and other consultants across the financial advisory practice.
