Job summary

The Visual Communications Intern, Management Consulting at BDO USA supports client-facing design work across business performance, Human Capital, IT enablement, and technology operations. You will collaborate with senior consultants to develop visuals, presentations, and reports that reflect client branding and clear communication.

You will assist in planning, execution, and close-out of engagements, create drafts from templates, and research design best practices and user experience

This position assists in providing basic visual communications and visual design to clients in the areas of business performance improvement, Human Capital, IT business enablement, and technology operations, partnering with more experienced Management Consulting professionals who provide direction, coaching and learning opportunities. Job Duties

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, required; with a focus in Business Administration, Management, User Centered Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or Industrial-Organizational Psychology, preferred

Salary

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

California Range: $37.00/hr - $41.00/hr

Colorado Range: $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Illinois Range: $34.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Maryland Range: $30.00/hr - $33.00/hr

Minnesota Range: $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr

NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $36.00/hr

Washington Range: $32.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Washington DC Range: $30.00/hr - $33.00/hr
