Our Enterprise sales team at Nutanix is growing! We are a passionate team of salespeople aiming to disrupt the data center landscape within enterprise accounts. We seek experienced, motivated, and creative Enterprise Account Managers to bring simplicity and efficiency to complex environments. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will sell Nutanix’s products and solutions through channel partners and directly engage with regional customers, working closely with a Sales Engineer in your territory. Our team is driven by a love for technology, a shared mission to learn and have fun, and a commitment to delivering successful business solutions.

The Role
  • Demonstrate expertise in technical specifications required for selling Nutanix products into enterprise accounts.
  • Understand how technology solutions solve business problems and analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional departments like Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Utilize target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management about business challenges and Nutanix solutions.
  • Experience with SFDC or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of enterprise accounts, with a focus on cloud strategies, cost savings, and building relationships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas for multiple years.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop new accounts and penetrate organizational divisions.
  • Highly organized with strategic account planning skills.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.

Compensation & Work Environment

The starting pay range is USD $275,600 to $413,400 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits. The role is primarily remote, with flexibility to meet clients in person as needed. Travel may be required based on business needs.
