Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking an Advisory Billing Manager to oversee daily operations of the Billing team, ensuring advisory accounts are billed accurately and on time, and leading multiple supervisory audits to verify fees align with client agreements.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, experience in financial services, and the Series 7 or Series 99 license, with a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to drive process improvements and maintain service

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of Stifel experience.
• Minimum Required: 8+ years’ experience within the financial services industry.
• License: Series 7 or Series 99.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and day to day management of associates responsible for billing.
• Lead supervisory audits to ensure fees match client agreements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Advisory Billing team while meeting service metrics.
