Renaissance Financial Corporation in St. Louis and surrounding areas is seeking a full-time Billing Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional support and service to financial advisors by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient billing.

You will maintain clean data systems, process account changes with precision, and provide customized reports for advisors. Primary responsibilities include managing quarterly billing cycles, data integrity, trade reviews to support fee collection, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with an accounting or finance emphasis preferred.
5+ years working in Finance/Accounting field or similar experience.
SIE, Series 7, Series 66; Series 24 preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage quarterly billing cycle for Schwab Investment Advisory fee collection.
Ensure data integrity in internal and third-party data used for fee calculations and compliance monitoring.
Review billing reports for discrepancies and correct them as needed.
Review and place trades to support the collection of fees.
Supervise the Investment Advisory Billing Team.
Assist in development and testing of new software for fee collection.
Assist in Orion-based systems supporting compliance monitoring.
Assist with Investment Advisory operations including account opening and money movement.
Assist Financial Advisors in tailoring fee collection parameters for clients.
Additional duties as may be required.
Maintain high interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and diplomacy.
Interact with individuals at all organizational levels; meet deadlines and priorities.
Work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of data gathering and reporting procedures with attention to detail.
Travel flexibility as needed.
Ability to supervise and problem solve.
Sound judgment when weighing options in difficult situations.
Self-starter and motivated.
