You will deliver reliable, secure, and user-centered web solutions, develop CMS customizations, manage analytics and SEO, and lead accessibility and performance improvements across our web presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience implementing and maintaining web analytics.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Experience with a version control system.
• Experience developing CMS customizations.
• Strong technical communication skills for documentation and guidance.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Professional English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMS customizations and provide CMS administration support.
• Manage other website-related apps such as tag managers, analytics, monitoring, and consent management; conduct audits and improve accessibility and reporting.
• Provide operations support including monitoring health, incident coordination, and after-hours support as needed.
• Perform QA testing, participate in Agile ceremonies, and oversee deployment validation and process improvements.
