Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. in Fort Mill, SC seeks an AVP, Advisor Solutions Manager for M&A delivery to guide technology integration for advisor affiliates.

As a trusted technology partner, you will define scope, governance, and KPIs, leading cross-functional teams across product, infrastructure, and security. Willingness to travel 25–50% across the United States is required and you'll report to SVP+/C-Suite levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex technology programs, infrastructure initiatives, technology integrations, and/or enterprise transformation efforts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a technology lead, program lead, or integration lead responsible for planning, governance, risk management, and end-to-end delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading technology due diligence, integration planning, conversion activities, or large-scale onboarding programs associated with acquisitions, mergers, institutional transitions, or enterprise technology transformations.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including networking, telecommunications/telephony, infrastructure, end-user computing, messaging platforms, and information security considerations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives with responsibility for scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary technology point of contact for Advisor Affiliate acquisitions and participate in due diligence, financial planning, orchestration, execution, governance, signoff, and support of technology solutions of incoming partner institutions, and advisors.
• Understand requirements and concerns, navigate it to the right owners like infrastructure, network, escalate issues to domain accountable and drive commitments and resolutions from product owners and domain accountable.
• Responsible for managing the intake and planning of resources for the L&S pipeline including funding, hardware, and software.
• Perform site visits to perform advanced discovery with infosec, network and infrastructure to mitigate risk and avoid tech debt.
