Job summary

ADP is hiring an Advisor Service Manager to support both prospective and high-volume 401(k) centric advisors within broker-dealer relationships. You will respond to inquiries, review advisor books of business, and promote ADP HCM products and services while ensuring exceptional service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Client Service and/or Finance/Banking experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable leading conference calls with an executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Relationship Management support by proactively engaging with advisors to discuss education and plan design opportunities across their book of business.
• Research and resolve inquiries involving advisor compensation, broker-dealer changes, fund changes, payroll, and audits; identify trends and mitigate risk.
• Up to 5% travel may be required.
