The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and capable Advisor Services Assistant with a strong insurance and account maintenance background. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for assisting various members of our operations team while providing administrative support to advisors and their staff. Candidate will be responsible for data maintenance across different systems, action item follow-up up and process follow-through.

What You'll Do

As our Advisor Services Assistant, you'll wear two important hats.

• Process new account applications with meticulous attention to detail
• Provide critical administrative support to advisors and their staff
• Execute follow-through on critical action items and processes

Insurance Operations Support:

• Create new insurance applications and run life and disability illustrations
• Maintain data integrity within Salesforce and other systems
• Manage task creation and follow-up processes for insurance workflows
• Support various members of the operations team with insurance-related activities

What We're Looking For

· 2-3 years of operations/service experience (mandatory)

· Experience with any of the following is highly desired: Salesforce, Orion, Charles Schwab, Mass Mutual

· Strong communication abilities and collaborative mindset

· Must be able to work in our Indianapolis, IN, office
