Responsibilities

Sabre Systems seeks a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy customer, delivering readiness and sustainment support that enhances operational availability, mission effectiveness, and cost control while leveraging data‑driven operating models and AI‑enabled approaches.

• Serve as a senior advisor to the Government and provide support to the customer on program/project operations.
• Assess adequacy and acceptability of evolving program/project plans and change‑management strategies, shaping processes to improve the customer’s business methodology.
• Apply business‑management principles, organizational structures, and information‑management techniques to create long‑ and short‑term management plans achieving desired outcomes.
• Analyze existing business, operational, and financial processes and management relationships.
• Recommend programmatic approaches to redesign, plan, organize, develop, and modify current practices and processes.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Perform tasks requiring both practical experience and state‑of‑the‑art theoretical knowledge in a specialty area.
• Demonstrate broad expertise covering client operations—maintenance & supply‑chain management, total force management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering, or equivalent specialized experience with six years of additional related work experience.
• Fifteen (15) years of related experience, with at least twelve (12) years of direct experience in the concentration area of Future Readiness supporting all levels of aviation maintenance and logistics, including the Navy budget system (PBIS), Base Operation and Working Capital accounts, and interactions of aviation components from the Resource Sponsor to the fleet and System Commands.
• Prior military experience as a commissioned officer and/or senior level DoD government experience (GS14‑15, O5‑O6) may be considered favorably.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• U.S. Citizen.

Compensation Statement

Compensation will be based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract‑specific requirements. The general salary range for this position is $159,681.00 – $232,271.00.
