Qualifications

• Leadership or team management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brokerage and investment advisory industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Financial Advisors and staff via responsive service and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to monitor and analyze Advisor Driven programs.
• Develop FA and client communications related to Advisory Program changes.
• Oversee SOP development and documentation; ensure practical processes.
• Identify root causes and design scalable, sustainable improvements.
• Handle escalated issues as a subject-matter expert on cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Advisory Marketing to share program information with FAs and recruits.
