Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc. in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Premier Technical Support Specialist focused on Advisor Portal. You will provide consultative technical support for advisory firms and internal partners, guiding users through proposals, new account openings, and DocuSign workflows.

Join a hybrid team with on-site three days a week and collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Onboarding to resolve complex issues and improve the Advisor Portal experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in technical support, financial technology, client service, operations, onboarding, or client success.
• Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, or CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear guidance for advisors and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical support resource for Advisor Portal inquiries and workflows.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, Salesforce cases, and scheduled consultations.
• Troubleshoot proposals, new account opening, maintenance, onboarding, and trading workflows in Advisor Portal.
• Support DocuSign workflows, including document generation, routing, signing order questions, and signer experiences.
• Document troubleshooting steps and best practices; escalate as needed.
