FedEx Freight, Inc. in Harrison, AR or Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Operations Research Analyst to formulate and apply advanced modeling to support management decisions, focusing on data collection, cleansing and analysis to produce actionable insights.
You will lead development of decision-support tools, evaluate transport networks, present analyses to senior management, and mentor other analysts. Strong programming and visualization skills, plus communication, are required.
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Harrison, AR or Memphis, TN. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
Responsible for formulating and applying sophisticated modeling and other advanced analytic methods using a computer to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions; Concentrate on collecting, cleansing and analyzing data, developing decision support software and producing actionable information for decision making
