Responsibilities

• Manage advisor calendars and client communication pipelines, including scheduling and materials.
• Maintain digital client records with sensitive information in the CRM.
• Process new account paperwork from start to finish and support ongoing maintenance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on custodian processes and document delivery.
• Build relationships with a nationwide advisor network and support their needs.
• Partner with operations to improve processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and higher service quality.
