Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. seeks an Advisor Onboarding Consultant to help new financial professionals transition their practices to Cambridge. You will partner with the Transition team to deliver training and education on Cambridge processes and product lines.

As the primary onboarding contact, you will coordinate with internal departments, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth, compliant transition while maintaining high service standards for advisors and management.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience, education, and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with common software tools used in training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with financial professionals and communicate company procedures clearly.
• Review business mix to tailor a transition plan and support the transition experience.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact, coordinating with departments and resources.
• Organize and deliver training on products, services, procedures, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by following up on action items and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and refine processes.
• Assist professionals with escalated issues through guided support and resolution.
• Support Transition Leadership in planning projects to improve efficiency and experiences.
• Actively learn about industry topics, internal programs, technology solutions, and Cambridge product lines.
