Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Rep Relationship Manager to oversee the relationship with new financial representatives from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring alignment with Integrity Wealth and compliance procedures.

The role involves delivering training, supporting onboarding projects, coordinating with recruiting, and developing marketing materials for recruiting new advisors. A strong background in broker-dealer/RIAs and licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years working directly with a broker-dealer, RIA or insurance industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years related experience or equivalent.
• Series 7, 24 and 65/66 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship of new financial representatives from recruitment through onboarding.
• Deliver customized on-demand training to firms on policies and processes for new firms.
• Lead projects to identify and implement onboarding/transition improvements.
• Coordinate with the Recruiting team on updates and follow-ups.
• Assist in developing recruiting marketing materials for Integrity Wealth.
