Job summary

Manning & Napier is seeking an Asset Management Distribution & Client Experience Associate to support both Sales and Client Service. The role bridges Advisor Consultants, Client Services, Marketing, and Operations, enabling stronger advisor relationships and growth through onboarding and data-driven opportunities.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Asset Management Client Service, the position offers exposure to fund availability, events, and cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Interest in financial services with minimal full-time experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team orientation.
• Comfort with numbers; Excel experience required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
• Curiosity about how data uncovers opportunities and improves client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisor Consultants with fund availability, literature, presentations, product information, and advisor requests.
• Track fund availability across platforms and custodians.
• Advance new business opportunities from initial interest through funding and onboarding.
• Maintain advisor records, opportunities, campaigns, activity, and follow-up information in Salesforce.
• Develop regular reporting highlighting advisor relationships, new fund positions, and activity.
• Build dashboards tracking sales activity, campaigns, and pipeline.
