Job summary

Manning & Napier is seeking an Asset Management Distribution & Client Experience Associate to support Asset Management Sales and Client Service. You will help onboard new advisors, support opportunities from interest through funding, and transform CRM data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate across Advisor Consultants, Client Services, Marketing, Product, and Operations to enhance advisor relationships and deliver a high-quality experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisor Consultants and onboarding of new advisors and firms.
• Maintain advisor records, opportunities, campaigns, and activity in Salesforce.
• Coordinate onboarding, events, and campaigns with internal teams and marketing as needed.
• Assist with client service tasks, account setup, and client data fulfillment requests.
