Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5+ years progressive experience within broker-dealer, RIA, custodian, or clearing firm.
Strong knowledge of custodial and clearing platforms including Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing, or others.
FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65) preferred, additional licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for advisors and internal stakeholders.
Develop trusted relationships with advisors and partners while delivering highly personalized service.
Manage complex inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Coordinate with internal teams and custodians to deliver a seamless advisor/client experience.
Lead advisor training and adoption of firm systems and resources.
Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring policy compliance.
