The Senior Principal, Aerospace Standards Government & Industry Engagement plays a key role in managing high-level relationships and shaping strategy for the Aerospace Standards program in Washington, DC. In this role, you will represent and promote SAE International's aerospace standards interests with government agencies, industry organizations, and other key stakeholders in the Washington, DC area. You will lead government and industry relations efforts, advance aerospace standards initiatives, and support colleagues across the organization with Washington, DC-based activities. This position has a direct impact on expanding the acceptance and use of SAE standards across the aerospace sector.
This position may be performed on a hybrid or remote basis, depending on organizational needs and role requirements. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site or travel as business needs dictate.
