Base pay range

$121,200.00/yr - $212,100.00/yr

Job Description

Under the guidance of the SHRO, implements, administers, and maintains identified HR strategic initiatives for the assigned business unit(s), focusing on workforce planning, analytics and insights, organizational development, labor strategy, succession planning, and experience strategy. Accountable for HR activities, partnering with site leadership to align and implement strategies. Provides strategic advice and guidance to business leaders, facilitates change, and ensures core HR processes are delivered effectively and consistently with HR strategies and departmental needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SHRO to develop, coordinate, and implement best practice HR programs tailored to site needs.
  • Independently manage multiple areas and lead small to medium strategic projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Analyze HR site issues and develop solutions with SHRO and leadership to maximize performance.
  • Partner with business leadership to drive HR and business objectives, providing advice and innovative HR solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR and labor regulations.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace, achieve operational excellence, develop cost management strategies, and enhance customer experience.
  • Work with other functions and teams to achieve HR objectives.
  • Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 7+ years of technical HR experience, including 2+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.
