You will oversee the full advisory fee billing and compensation cycle, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple systems, and partner with Compliance, custodians, and advisors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services ops, billing or reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel and large data set handling required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Front-end fee billing and advisor support; respond to inquiries and maintain fee records.
• Back-end billing, compensation, and accounting support; process monthly cycles and payouts.
• Revenue analysis, reporting, and process improvement; deliver clear management reports.
• Train and share knowledge on billing processes and controls.
• Collaborate with Compliance, custodians, and advisors to ensure accuracy.
