Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a remote Administrative Support professional to assist financial advisors with daily operations, client communications, and documentation processing.

You will coordinate scheduling, prepare reports, and maintain confidential client records while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment while meeting performance expectations and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a structured, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple applications, systems, and screens simultaneously.
  • Prior customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional support and service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work 30–40 hours per week.

  • Maintain accurate records and uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling client and business information.

About The Role

This position is vital to the support of the region, leadership, and acts as a partner to many home office departments. The role has many responsibilities that are critical to the advisors’ continued success, including: calling/answering telephone calls and assisting customers, following up on sales leads, performing data entry when orders are completed or changed, directing clients and sales leads to appropriate members of the team.

Compensation

The base hourly rate of pay for this position is up to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work Location

This role offers a fully remote work arrangement; however, applicants must maintain a primary residence within 50 miles of a Corebridge Financial office.
