Corebridge Financial is seeking an District Office Coordinator to support the Division Vice President and the division office in a client-focused, in-person role in the St. Louis, MO or Shreveport, LA area.
You will handle correspondence, scheduling, travel, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. The role requires 2+ years of administrative experience, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills.

This role reports to the Divisional Vice President aligned to the designated office.
The District Office Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Division Vice President, manage office logistics, and coordinate schedules and reporting. Also, the role will ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication and clear policy guidance.

May include up to 25% travel.
