Job summary

Rivers Casino Philadelphia is seeking an Advertising Coordinator to work with advertising and media agencies, traffic and place all advertising, direct mail, signage, and promotional collateral. You will be the primary contact for internal creative requests and support the marketing team with social campaigns and website updates.

Ideal candidates have a marketing degree, 1–2 years agency experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of agency experience or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Casino marketing experience is a plus.
• Creative thinker.
• Attention to detail.
• Work well in a self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log all creative requests and coordinate between marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely output as per requestor specifications.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across physical and digital assets.
• Assist in coordinating advertising and media agency efforts.
• Open, traffic, and order all advertising jobs and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain flow of information between internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign collateral accuracy.
• Manage on-property signage and electronic signage.
• Collaborate with purchasing and vendors to secure best pricing while upholding brand standards.
• Review invoices for accuracy and process payments to vendors.
• Assist with coordinating creative assets and scheduling content across target social media communities and website content updates.
