Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive impactful advertising initiatives: Plan, implement, and oversee advertising campaigns and promotional material production (print, digital, radio, TV), ensuring timely development and brand alignment.
- Direct Marketing production: Collaborate with marketing leadership and design agencies to efficiently execute Direct Marketing deliverables, including high volume of physical mail, eBlasts and eVites, to effectively communicate marketing programming to database of current and prospective guests.
- Manage agency partnerships and production workflows: Collaborate with creative and media agencies to define project scopes, manage timelines, and maintain efficient production schedules.
- Uphold brand standards and foster innovation: Execute and sustain the Seminole Hard Rock brand across all marketing efforts, while brainstorming and implementing new, innovative advertising concepts.
- Oversee production logistics and financial tracking: Manage the flow of all campaign materials (copy, art, etc.), track costs, process invoices, and contribute to budget management.
- Support digital advertising campaigns: Contribute to audience targeting, ad creative coordination, and performance monitoring across various platforms (e.g., social media, display, search).
- Analyze campaign performance and report on results: Track campaign data, identify trends for improvement, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate visual content and off-property advertising: Lead photo shoots for marketing materials and manage all aspects of off-property advertising collateral from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on marketing needs and signage: Communicate with on- and off-property teams regarding advertising and marketing projects, and assist with the planning, development, and execution of property signage within budget.
- Manage procurement and inventory: Obtain bids, initiate purchases, and coordinate with relevant departments on inventory and deliveries.
- Maintain organized production records and ensure compliance: Keep files of completed jobs and adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Proven creativity and conceptualization skills for creating engaging marketing and advertising content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud and Microsoft Office.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Capability to analyze marketing data to inform strategies.
Work Environment
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting as well as on the casino floor. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
