Accenture in Atlanta is seeking a results-driven Ad Sales Representative for our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. You will support advertisers across leading digital platforms—Search, Display, Product Listing, and Sponsored Ads—and drive measurable growth through strategic campaign management and consultative sales.

The role requires 2+ years in digital marketing or 1 year in ad sales, strong communication and data-driven storytelling, and experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.

Qualifications

Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. We’re looking for a results-driven Ad Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll support advertisers across leading digital platforms—Search, Display, Product Listing, and Sponsored Ads—helping them achieve measurable growth through strategic campaign management and consultative sales.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Digital Marketing or 1 year of Ad Sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing agency, ad tech, or SaaS environment.
• Experience in self-serve programmatic advertising.
• Customer support/ customer experience management
• Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline, and track sales activities efficiently.
• Experience conducting both virtual and in-person consultative sales.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear value propositions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals in a results-driven environment.
• Familiarity with marketing funnel concepts and attribution modeling.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• An eye for creative strategy and visual storytelling in digital campaigns.
• Analytical and insight-driven, comfortable using data and reporting to optimize outreach and refine sales approaches.
• Problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to challenges.
• Collaborative team player, invested in collective goals and supporting colleagues to achieve shared success.
• Proficient with Office Suite and G-Suite collaboration tools for seamless day-to-day operations.
• Bachelor’s degree

This role is full-time in office 5 days a week in Atlanta, GA.
