Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Sales Associate for Local Ad Sales with CBS Stations in Los Angeles. This full‑time, on‑site role supports advertising campaigns across diverse media, offering hands‑on training and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Account and Traffic teams, manage client orders, track impressions, and help ensure timely delivery and accurate billing across digital and traditional platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand and work with numbers.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in advertising sales across media & entertainment.
• Experience in media sales or advertising is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital and streaming advertising platforms.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, Inventory, Account and Traffic teams to execute campaigns.
• Handle client order entry and project management for omni-channel campaigns.
• Track and report campaign impressions and adjust for delivery and billing.
• Generate reports to identify discrepancies in campaigns and creative content.
• Collaborate with Billing and Finance to ensure revenue recognition.
• Assist in integrating and managing digital and streaming advertising workflows.
