Touchtunes is seeking an Advertising Sales Coordinator to support the Ad Sales team from New York, NY. The role partners with Marketing, Music, Product, and Tech to handle pre- and post-sales admin, create sales materials, and assist with reporting and performance tracking.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in advertising or media operations, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create and own media plans, location lists, and revisions from start to finish.
Manage end-to-end Proof-of-Play (POP) process from requests to mockups and coordination.
Prepare sales materials (decks, one-pagers, spec sheets) and manage leads.
Organize and maintain sales materials, team files, and audit-ready records.
Maintain CRM templates, contact sourcing, and outreach records.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events.
Process and manage team charges and expense reports.

Advertising Sales Coordinator

Location: New York, NY (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote)

Your mission in the Ad Sales team:

At TouchTunes, your work matters, The Advertising Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Ad Sales team and will partner cross-functionally across our Marketing, Music, Product and Tech teams. This role supports our Advertising team by handling pre- and post-sales administrative tasks, producing sales materials, and assisting with reporting and performance tracking. This role is perfect for early career professionals who want to break into and develop a wide range of skillsets across media.

Your day-to-day: Ad Campaign Management:

Creating and owning Media Plans, location lists, and revisions from start to finish for sales team.

Manage the end-to-end Proof-of-Play (POP) process, from initial requests from sales/agencies/brands, to creating mockups and live shots, and/or coordination with photographers.

Client and Team Coordination:

Assist with outbound sales requests, such as preparing sales materials (decks, onepagers, spec sheets, etc.), managing leads, and compiling venue lists.
Organize, track, and maintain sales materials, team files, and accurate records for audit purposes on team Sharepoint.
Maintain and update CRM database for templates, contact sourcing, and outreach efforts.

Coordinate logistics as needed for internal and external client meetings and events.
Process and manage team charges and expense reports as needed.

Your profile:

1-3 years of experience in advertising, communications, media agency/ operations or related fields
Basic understanding of calculations used in media plans, planning, and reporting
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time
Ability to work as a self-starter, both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
