Job summary

Spotlight 29 Casino is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage advertising projects across tribal and partner channels. You will work closely with the Advertising Manager to develop briefs, schedule timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of artwork for digital and traditional media.

The role emphasizes customer service, proactive project movement, and coordination with internal/external teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project details and information for marketing and advertising projects.
• Proactively move client projects through the workflow to meet deadlines.
• Develop and input detailed creative briefs into the project management system with Advertising Manager.
• Maintain and update project schedules in the project management system.
• Obtain and confirm project details with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate the delivery of artwork to outside partners and ensure on-time delivery.
