Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Advertising Coordinator to join our Cleveland-based team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and analysis of advertising campaigns across various platforms (excluding social media), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and coordination of advertising campaigns
• Communicate with clients and vendors to organize media placements
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign results
• Maintain organized records of advertising materials, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging
• Provide administrative support related to advertising projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or media-related role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Understanding of traditional advertising channels such as print, radio, or TV is a plus
