Youth Dynamics is seeking a full‑time Adventurous Base Director to lead and grow the YD Adventures Base. The role involves staff development, volunteer management, and strategic planning to advance the ministry's vision.

You will supervise base staff and volunteers, coordinate programs, and participate in fundraising efforts. Successful candidates will have a track record in leadership, fundraising, and collaborating across teams, with a passion for youth ministry in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Active relationship with Christ and willingness to sign Youth Dynamics Statement of Faith.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborative and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee all aspects of YD Adventures Base.
• Recruit, hire, develop and coach staff and volunteers.
• Lead strategic planning and team performance.
• Coordinate resources to meet ministry goals.
• Fund-raise to cover personal support and base funding.
