Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service.

• Must be able to lift and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients safely on zip lines and teach gear usage.
• Provide a safe, exciting, and educational experience for guests.
• Perform pre/post-trip tasks and report repairs to supervisors.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safety.
• Attend trainings and debriefings; maintain paperwork for daily operations.
