Formación

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience writing for email, social media, blogs, and landing pages.
• Understanding of social media strategy (organic and paid).
• Experience developing email marketing campaigns and journeys.
• Experience working within HubSpot or similar CRM platform.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
• Proficiency with common marketing platforms (HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, WordPress).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategy into actionable content plans.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars (organic and paid).
• Align messaging with booking goals, seasonal promotions, and target audiences.
• Identify content opportunities that support trip inquiries and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research to support blog and landing page content.
• Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign strategy.
• Write engaging, experience-driven social media copy.
• Develop recurring content themes and paid social ad copy.
• Collaborate with designers on visual storytelling and campaign assets.
• Monitor engagement trends and optimize messaging accordingly.
• Write and build booking-driven newsletters and seasonal campaigns.
• Create nurture sequences for new leads and past guests.
• Craft compelling subject lines and calls to action.
• Support segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies within HubSpot.
• Write SEO-optimized blog posts focused on destinations and fishing expertise.
• Develop long-form pillar content for key trip categories.
• Update and optimize existing content; align with SEO strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content alignment with SEO.
