Job summary

Black Bear Lodge, a residential treatment center operated by Foundations Recovery Network, seeks an Activities Coordinator to lead the adventure program and supervise on-site activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy or related field preferred.
• Certified Recreation Therapist preferred.
• 2 years of adventure program experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential activities and adventure program activities.
• Develop plans to enhance the activities program for clinical benefits.
• Schedule RA staff to balance quality and offsite coverage.
• Coordinate therapeutic activity groups.
• Document all activities and groups; ensure confidentiality.
