Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine in Exton, PA is seeking staff to plan, organize, and deliver value‑driven skill development programs for participants aligned with YMCA goals. The role emphasizes enthusiastic instruction, safety, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• 1+ year teaching or instructional experience.
• Ability to develop and teach skills.
• Proficiency with basic technology for program needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead activities and games for all participants.
• Motivate and engage participants with enthusiasm.
• Maintain attendance rosters and program records.
• Manage equipment and ensure safety of the environment.
• Communicate with participants and parents in a timely manner.
• Ensure children are picked up by a parent or guardian.
• Promote YMCA programs to participants and families.
• Adhere to YMCA policies and procedures.
