Job summary

Qualifications

• Current enrollment at GCSU (6+ credit hours) and flexible schedule required.
• First Aid/CPR certification is required or offered after hire date.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and belay instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and inspect climbing wall equipment before and after each shift.
• Assist participants with belaying, gear fitting, and safety guidelines.
• Provide welcoming and inclusive participant engagement at the climbing wall.
• Support outdoor trips and workshops as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
