Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring an Adventure Park Common Area Cleaner in Round Rock, TX to maintain clean, inviting spaces across the resort’s adventure park and public areas. You will support housekeeping, uphold hygiene standards, and contribute to guest comfort throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong attention to detail, and responsive service to guests, with opportunities for growth within our family-owned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer relation skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a team player and willing to help anyone in the immediate area on short notice.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas including lobby spaces and public restrooms.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and debris removal.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and support housekeeping during rush periods.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Adventure Park Common Area Cleaner

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Common Area Cleaner for our adventure park. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of the resorts’ common area spaces, such as lobby areas, public restrooms, and special areas in the resort, that spaces are well maintained, clean, and are ready in a timely manner for guest usage.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll keep the park clean and inviting to ensure our guests feel comfortable in a well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning duties include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, moping, sweeping, and picking up floor debris.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms.
• Monitor and assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during unanticipated rush periods.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Basic working knowledge of all needed equipment and supplies is helpful.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
