Job summary

Go Ape is hiring Outdoor Adventure Guides to lead treetop courses and ground activities. You will deliver safety briefings, guide participants through zip lines and obstacles, and maintain a fun, welcoming environment. The role emphasizes safety, guest engagement, and excellent service, with flexible weekend scheduling and hourly pay.

Candidates must be 18+, with prior customer service or recreational experience encouraged. Training in Go Ape and First Aid is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
• Previous customer service, guest service, instructive or safety experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-course safety briefings and demonstrate proper PPE usage.
• Monitor participants during treetop obstacles to ensure safety.
• Instruct participants on zip lines, obstacles and ground-based activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and recommendations to enhance the experience.
• Assist with course inspection and general site maintenance to uphold safety standards.
