Job summary

Cotopaxi in Tigard, OR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading daily operations at the Bridgeport Village store. This entry-level leadership role focuses on coaching a best-in-class team, driving guest experiences, and building a vibrant store culture.

You'll oversee scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, and KPI goals while fostering community engagement and Do Good initiatives that align with Cotopaxi's mission.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience, ideally in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager capacity.
• A strong sense of ownership and commitment to developing people.
• Adaptable mindset, ready to pivot and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with operational tools (POS, scheduling, inventory systems).
• Confidence leading the floor, giving feedback, and managing priorities.
• Love for community, adventure, and impact - and a belief in the Do Good mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experiences on the sales floor with storytelling and authentic interactions.
• Oversee scheduling, floor coverage, inventory, and visual merchandising.
