Job summary

Modus by PM Hotel Group seeks an enthusiastic Adventure Concierge in Bozeman to support our guest experience team. This role focuses on local knowledge, personalized recommendations, and destination storytelling for guests pursuing Montana adventures.

You will collaborate across the property to ensure spaces reflect the outdoorsy brand, assist with activations, and deliver exceptional hospitality aligned with our Montana spirit.

Qualifications

• Must be an enthusiastic student with a passion for outdoor lifestyles and guest service.
• Familiarity with Bozeman and Southwest Montana is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Self-motivation, proactive approach, and strong guest focus.
• Demonstrated interest in storytelling and destination knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and serve as a knowledgeable contact for Bozeman area.
• Provide personalized dining, shopping, and activity recommendations.
• Support general concierge requests to enhance guest stays.
• Maintain public spaces reflecting brand standards and readiness.
• Collaborate with teams to create on-brand guest experiences.
• Assist with activations and gathering guest feedback for improvement.
