Job summary

Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed is seeking an Adventure Club Activity Assistant in Ellisville, Missouri. The role supports the Adventure Club school-age care program, helping supervise children and implement daily activities.

The position requires the ability to work with diverse ages, provide close support when needed, and maintain safety and program standards. It is a part-time, on-site role with occasional after-hours events and trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old.
• High school diploma and/or college credit hours preferred.
• Experience working with children in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and implement daily activities in the Adventure Club program.
• Provide up to 1:1 assistance to meet individual needs.
• Follow established safety guidelines and dress code; maintain a positive program environment.
• Attend trainings and complete modules; respond to events outside scheduled hours as needed.
• Prepare and maintain program areas and supplies as directed.
