Job summary

Gravity Haus in the Colorado mountains seeks an energetic Bartender to craft inventive and classic beverages for travelers and locals. You’ll deliver personalized guest experiences, follow Gravity Haus standards, and contribute to the social heartbeat of the Haus.

Join a fast-paced, guest-focused team, manage bar setup and breakdown, and collaborate with the F&B team to create memorable moments in a mountain hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine.
• Awareness of seasonal beverage trends and techniques.
• Polished, friendly and engaging presence behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Service: provide outstanding bar service with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and presentation.
• Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized bar environment.
• Manage cash/credit transactions and reconcile daily sales.
• Follow safety, TIPS certification, and alcohol service procedures.
• Collaborate with the F&B team and support service staff as needed.
