Job summary

Gravity Haus seeks enthusiastic hospitality professionals to enhance guest experience across our café and guest services. You will greet guests, assist with self check-in, and respond to inquiries while also preparing coffee and espresso drinks and serving beverages with care.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll handle orders, maintain cafe cleanliness, and support opening/closing procedures. A ServSafe/Responsible Alcohol training path is provided within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service roles.
• Barista or café experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and/or guest service tools is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitable.
• Comfortable multitasking and switching between responsibilities.
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Must complete state/provincial training such as ServSafe and/or Responsible Alcohol within 60 days of hire.

Key Responsibilities
