Job summary

Evangelical Covenant Church's Covenant Harbor seeks an Activities Coordinator (Adventure Focus) to lead ropes course facilitation and team-building programs, while training staff and maintaining facilities. You’ll implement engaging adventure activities aligned with the mission and serve as a key leader within a Christian camp community.

The role requires experience in Christian ministry, staff leadership, and strong communication skills, with a heart for inclusivity and safety across all ages

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time work in Christian ministry.
• Bachelor’s degree is desired.
• First aid and CPR or lifeguard certification; ACCT certification.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with ropes course and team-building facilitation.
• Experience hiring, training staff and volunteers.
• Willingness to learn CampBrain and other databases.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
