Job summary
Black Bear Lodge in northern Georgia seeks an Activities Coordinator to lead the adventure program and all associated activities within the facility. You will supervise residential activities, develop enhanced plans, and collaborate with staff to deliver therapeutic, outcome-focused experiences for patients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy or related field preferred.
- Certified Recreation Therapist preferred.
- 2 years of adventure program facilitation or residential programming preferred.
- Wilderness First Responder certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Supervise residential activities and adventure program activities.
- Develop plans to enhance activities program and clinical benefits.
- Coordinate RA staff scheduling to balance quality and efficiency.
- Manage activity schedules to meet patient needs by care level.
- Build relationships with local businesses to create approved activity schedules.
- Submit purchase requests for weekly activities and supplies.
- Coordinate therapeutic activity groups and document progress.
