As an essential part of our Team, you may be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining project finance models to evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment of solar and storage projects.
- Conducting due diligence on potential M&A targets, including financial, high-level technical, and market analysis, to assess their suitability for integration into our solar development business.
- Determining the valuation of potential targets and assisting in negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and recommendations to management, guiding them in making informed decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills is a plus
