Job summary

Texas A&M University - Texarkana is seeking an Advancement Engagement Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic university events that strengthen community engagement, support regional economic development, and raise the institution's visibility across the Texarkana area.

The role supports student leadership initiatives, the annual giving program, donor cultivation, stewardship, and participation-based fundraising aligned with institutional priorities; you will work with advancement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years of related experience.
Experience in higher education advancement preferred.
Experience coordinating donor cultivation and stewardship events.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute university events that strengthen community engagement and regional economic development.
Develop and manage all aspects of event operations, including budgeting and logistics.
Direct and manage the annual giving program and donor engagement strategies.
Support student leadership programs and ambassadorial activities for campus representation.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate reports to inform planning.
