Job summary

The Forum of Executive Women is seeking a Director of Advancement to lead strategies that grow corporate sponsorships, membership, and foundation fundraising. The role focuses on cultivating partnerships with corporate sponsors, members, and foundation representatives to secure sustained support for the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting.
• Deep knowledge of nonprofit fundraising trends, including corporate sponsorships, membership programs and foundations.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
• Lead growth and development of the Forum's membership program with clear benefits.
• Identify and cultivate foundation partners and write grant proposals and reports.
• Plan and support key Signature Events and represent the organization at events and meetings.
